Our Performance

Setting goals and measuring progress toward results have been an integral part of the Workforce Board since its inception. It is, in fact, one of our core missions. As such, we make every attempt to ensure our measuring tools are constant so statistics accurately reflect what is happening in the workforce development system, in our agency -- and in our state.

GMAP
GMAP (Government Management Accountability and Performance) is a management practice which allows state agencies to analyze their programs so they can improve the delivery of government services. It shows the Governor - and the public - how government programs are working and whether citizens are receiving value for their tax dollars. Get more information about GMAP here.
