The two figures below provide the latest employment and earnings for each program over the last four monitoring periods.
Employment rates are the percentage of former program participants who were in employment reported to the Employment Security Department during the third quarter after leaving the program. The results below tend to understate employment by approximately 10 percent because they do not include all out-of-state employment nor self employment.
Annual Earnings is based on the median annualized earnings of former program participants during the third quarter after leaving the program. To derive annualized earnings, the third quarter earnings are multiplied by four.
CAUTION: The programs are provided in the same figure for convenience, and not for comparison purposes. These programs serve different populations, have different objectives, and confront their own unique challenges and requirements.
