Tribal Liaison
Overview
Our Tribal Liaison serves as the bridge between the Workforce Board and Washington’s 29 federally recognized tribes, fostering trusted relationships built on respect, collaboration, and a commitment to tribal sovereignty. By working closely with tribal governments and workforce partners, the liaison helps ensure that workforce policies, programs, and system evaluation reflect tribal priorities and support equitable access to education, training, and employment opportunities. Together, we strive to strengthen a workforce system that is responsive, inclusive, and effective for tribal communities across Washington. Learn more about our role.
